Name: Dimensional Perception
Materials: Spray Paint, Acrylic Paint, Airbrush
Summary: How we look at the world and people in it is just a reflection of our life experiences. You only understand what you know. Anything outside of that most people can’t see. The vision is blurred. You can never lose sight of the bigger picture, think outside of yourself and your world.
NAME: Sometimes Crying Doesn’t Help
MATERIALS: Acrylic Paint
SUMMARY: What do you do when crying just is not enough? Some say crying is therapy, some say crying is weakness... What happens when your tears won't fall fast enough? It's scary where you can go. Some fall into a dark space where they want to delete their own existence. It can be very grim and depressing. Some are never able to make it out and take their own life... Here is a tribute to them.
NAME: Sometimes you have to remove yourself from comfortable spaces to find serenity.
MATERIALS: Acrylic Paint
SUMMARY: Not everything you “love” is healthy for you. A lot of things that we attach ourselves to aren’t always as conducive to our future as we think... It really takes you removing yourself from certain environments and analyzing what you and the people around you are doing. It’s necessary for growth... Lots of us are stern in our ways and what we believe, especially when you’re winning. Some call it the “If it isn’t broken don’t fix it” method, but that method is very arrogant. There is always a better way... You just have to be willing to take those steps into the direction you want... Explore new life, meet new people, go new places! Don’t be scared to live!
NAME: In all space reach for greatness.
MATERIALS: Oil Paint, Acrylic Pain, Spray Paint
SUMMARY: I’ve been working on my hand with oil paints more and this is me trying a new approach. Loosening the parameters of what I feel is realism. Not being so hard on myself as a move the paint around. I wonder how far I can take this.
NAME: Even in the dark, Reach for the light.
MATERIALS: Acrylic Paint, Spray Paint, Airbrush
SUMMARY: In moments of confusion and chaos it’s damn near impossible to see straight. Staying focused and pushing forward is the last thing you’re thinking about… This was my first actual attempt at that. People tell me when I’m going through pain and sadness that it’s the best times to create. I mean yeah but, I just wanna sit there… Feel the emotions and go through the thoughts, and NOT create… Idk, I say that to say this was my first time trying that. When I got the call about losing my boy, I was confused and angry, but I went over to this canvas and started laying out the pieces. I fell in love with this one as it grew. I hate where the inspiration came from but, I guess it be like that… I gotta keep reaching…
